Shipping and Delivery

Payment : We will accept ONLY VERIFIED PAYPAL payments. If you are not a verified PayPal owner than we reserve the right to refuse your order and refund your money. Other payment methods can be discussed. Contact us if you wish to pay with another online payment service

ALL shipping and deliveries are free of charge ! Exceptions are capital ships that cannot enter high sec systems which you have to pick them up from low sec systems nearby Jita.

A char name must be inserted in the comment box before the checkout. If you forgot to mention a char name to which the delivery will be made, then please contact us ASAP. If we do not receive an email from you with the char name in 6 hours from the moment the purchase was made then we will contact you and ask for the information required to complete the delivery

Note : We are european and we usually sleep at night so due to this your order might get delayed if it was made within the european night time. We are human too :)

Return and Refund Policy

If you wish to ask for a refund then please do it by going to "Contact Us" page and request if from there.

We will honor any refund requests with no questions asked as long as the client can return to us the items in the same condition, amount and quality that they were delivered.

All refund requests will be honored if not more than 48 hours has passed since the moment of the delivery.
